Terms & Conditions
We are delighted to welcome all guests back to 27 Rows on Hermitage. We have reverted to our standard Terms & Conditions and Cancellation Policy and look forward to hosting you.
Booking & Cancellation Policy
- All rates include 10% GST (subject to change) and breakfast provisions.
- Check-in time is 2:00 pm — guests are requested to notify us of approximate arrival time.
- Check-out time is 10:00 am — variations may be possible upon request.
- Date changes must be made more than 14 days prior to arrival date.
- Cancellations notified more than 30 days in advance are entitled to a full refund less a $50 administration fee.
- No-show incurs a 100% cancellation fee.
Property & Housekeeping
On departure
Cottages are self-catering — it would be appreciated that washing up and putting away of clean crockery, glasses and cookware is completed prior to check-out.
Spillages & breakages
Any spillages should be cleaned promptly from kitchen benches and indoor/outdoor furniture. Breakages or spillage on furniture, carpets or soft furnishings may incur an additional fee.
Furniture
Interior and exterior furniture is required to be returned to its original position prior to departure.
Children
The accommodation is not suitable for young children.
No Smoking Policy
No smoking inside any cottage
All cigarette butts and matches must be deposited in the ashtray provided outside. Thank you for your cooperation.
