We are delighted that there are no longer any restrictions on travelling to regional and rural NSW for holiday or business related travel.

We are celebrating and welcoming all guests back and as a result we have reverted to our standard Terms & Conditions and Cancellation Policy.

  • All rates include 10% GST [subject to change] and breakfast provisions.
  • Check-in time is 2.00 pm (guests are requested to notify us of approx. arrival time).
  • Check-out time is 10.00 am (variations may be possible upon request).
  • Date changes must be made more that 14 days prior to arrival date.
  • Cancellation notified more than 30 days in advance are entitled to a full refund less $50 admin fee.
  • No show incurs a 100% fee.

Cottages are self-catering and it would be appreciated that washing up and putting away of clean crockery, glasses etc is done prior to your check-out.

Any spillages should be cleaned on the kitchen bench and indoor/outdoor furniture – breakages or spillage on furniture, carpets etc may incur a fee.

Interior and exterior furniture is required to be put back in their original positions.
The accommodation is not suitable for young children.

NO SMOKING inside either cottage applies. All cigarette butts and matches must be deposited in the ashtray provided.
