A Boutique Vineyard
Retreat on 25 Acres
27 Rows on Hermitage is a boutique vineyard retreat offering four self-contained cottages set on 25 acres, including our own vineyard where we grow and harvest Shiraz - a bottle of Shiraz or Rosé is our gift to our guests.
We are proudly pet-friendly, so your four-legged family members are welcome to enjoy the getaway with you. Breakfast provisions of bacon, eggs, sourdough, cereals, OJ, fresh milk, teas, ground coffee and condiments are provided for your first morning..
Whether you're seeking a relaxed vineyard escape, a food and wine adventure, or a concert weekend with friends — 27 Rows offers a peaceful, perfectly located base to experience the very best of the Hunter Valley.

Located on the popular Hermitage Road Food and Wine Trail, guests are walking distance to outstanding boutique wineries. Latitude 32 is right next door, Jac & Jones is a short stroll down the lane. Other nearby cellar doors include Tintilla Estate, Piggs Peake, and Iron Bark Hill Brewhouse.
For coffee and a relaxed bite, Ned's Café + Bar is in the Piggs Peake courtyard, open Thursday to Sunday. On Sundays, enjoy a leisurely walk to the Pokolbin Markets (8am–1pm) showcasing local produce and artisan goods.
A short drive away: Botanica Restaurant, Muse at Hungerford Hill, EXP, Esca Bimbadgen, Cuvée at Peterson House, Harrigan's Irish Pub, and Hunter Valley Gardens — all approximately 10 minutes.
